Mountain Warehouse Celebrates Expansion at Crossley Retail Park
On 7th March, Mountain Warehouse celebrated the opening of its newly expanded store in Kidderminster, marking another positive step for the town’s retail offer. The occasion was attended by Deputy Mayor Shazu Miah, who was joined by Mountain Warehouse founder Mark Neale to mark the milestone.
The expansion sees the store extend into the neighbouring unit at Crossley Retail Park, creating a significantly larger retail space. The new layout allows for increased stock and a wider range of outdoor clothing and equipment, enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
This investment represents a positive development for Kidderminster, with a major national brand choosing to expand its presence in the town after more than a decade of trading locally. Continued investment from established retailers strengthens the town’s retail offering, helps attract more visitors, and supports ongoing efforts to position Kidderminster as an appealing shopping destination.
Developments such as this help drive footfall, support the local economy and reinforce the town as a strong and welcoming place to do business.
The celebration also recognised the dedication of the store’s team. Jade, Assistant Store Manager, and Simon, Team Leader, were presented with 10-year service certificates, highlighting their commitment and the strong team behind the store’s continued success.
The expanded store is now open at Crossley Retail Park, offering visitors even more choice when it comes to outdoor clothing and equipment.
