Supporting Girlguiding in a Community Spring Clean Effort
We were proud to support the Girlguiding Spring Clean as part of the Great British Spring Clean on 14th March, and it was great to see so many young people out in the town centre getting involved and making a real difference.
Rainbows, Brownies and Girl Guides from across Kidderminster came together, showing fantastic enthusiasm and community spirit. With the sunshine helping and such a strong turnout, the group collected an impressive 7,788 pieces of litter, with some items even dating back to 2002.
It’s really encouraging to see younger generations taking pride in their local area, getting stuck in and showing such strong support for their community.
A big well done to everyone who took part, and a special thank you to Little Litter Warriors and Girlguiding Kidderminster for organising the event, as well as KDYT for hosting. Everyone involved should be incredibly proud of their efforts.
