We’re delighted to welcome Chris Millington to the Kidderminster BID team! 🌟 Chris will be working closely with our outreach team, bringing fresh ideas and energy to help re-energise the high street. From supporting street clean-ups to introducing more greenery and gardening projects, Chris is passionate about creating a more vibrant, welcoming town centre for everyone. A big part of his work will be linking in with The Local Gardener Initiative UK, helping us bring more colour, plants, and green spaces into Kidderminster. These projects will not only improve the look of the town but also create spaces that the community and visitors can really enjoy. 🌱🌸 His focus will be on initiatives that make a real difference to both the community and local businesses – helping Kidderminster not only look better but feel better too. Our clean up efforts are still going strong, this week Ricky has cleared over 30 bags of litter, de-weeded footpaths, and kept the River Stour looking fresh. 🌿 Of course, no week is complete without a few "strange finds"… this time we’ve had signs, another barrier, a pair of trousers, and even a pair of slippers! 👀 The support has been incredible, every bag, every weed pulled, and every trolley fished out is helping our town feel cleaner, safer, and more cared for. 💙 Have you noticed a difference? #Kidderminster #Worcestershire #community #local #love #nature #events #litter #family #support #naturelovers
